A: Definately! I can change all colours on all designs, just fill in the order form with the colours you require or contact me if you would like further information.

A:Under each section of my webpage (Christening, Halloween, Wedding etc) I have listed the options of card that are available in the drop down menu on the online order form. I have different choices for you to chose from:
  • White 300gsm Smooth Non-Glossy Card
  • White 260gsm Glossy Photo Paper
Please note Glossy Photo Card is only glossy on one side. If you order a A5 folded card the front and back of the card will be glossy and the inside of the card will be matt.
A: I recommend the Glossy 260gsm card, this is quite simply because it provides a more vibrant printing result due to the glossy finish. If you have photos on your cards/invites glossy is the best! If however you are unsure you can request a sample.
A: Most definitely! Please contact me and we can discuss your requirements.

A: It will take me up to 3 working days for your order to be posted upon receipt of payment and confirmation that the electronic email proof is oll okay. All orders must be confirmed before printing starts. But usually most orders are posted out within 48 hours.

A: Orders for under 100 Invitations are sent via Royal Mails 1st Class delivery service. Large orders will be posted via a courier service, please contact me directly if you have any questions. All postage is free apart from my sample orders & Sweet Jars.
A: When images are viewed on different computer screens they will vary. All computer screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your pc to ours. I do my best to ensure all prints come out the same colour as our computer screen, but on odd occasion shading of colours can vary. If you are unsure please purchase a sample before placing an order.

A: This is so I can enlarge the photo to fit the design. If you provide me with a low resolution photo it might not fit onto the card correctly. Also if I print a low resolution photo onto the card this may result in low qualitiy print out. The higher resolution the better the print comes out. Perferrably a file size of 1.5mb or more is required.

A: I will only accept returns if the error is my fault due to the personalised service I provide. Please provide me with the wording exactly how you want it spelt that is how it will be printed onto your order. If you spell it wrong and it gets printed incorrectly I will not be liable to offer you a replacement without further payment or a refund. Please ensure you check all proofs for spelling and grammer mistakes. I keep all correspondence for 6 months after delivery to settle any disputes. Please note the customer is responsible for the returning postage cost of the order.
