Cancelling before your proof preview
you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please
contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order
then we will happily give you a full refund.
Cancelling after your proof preview
you wish to cancel your order after we have designed and completed the
setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and
changes to colours or layout). Then we cannot offer a full refund. We
will offer a refund minus 45% of the total for the work
completed on your order.
6.3 Cancelling after printing
We are unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and
orders are printed to meet your
requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have
given the OK to print your order.
Once email proofs has been approved we will not accept
responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check
all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.

replace your order at no charge. Just send back your original order and
