1. General

Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions before placing an order.

Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. All prices/quotes provided via email/messaging are inclusive of VAT. The information provided on this website is subject to change in the future.

2. Orders

All orders will be printed on the card customers requests when completing the order form online. Glossy card is highly recommended for all orders (Excluding wedding stationery) as Non Glossy card provides a more dull/sedate colour once printed. Glossy card provides a much more vibrant colour result. 

Slight colour/shade variations may occur on the final print. Please be aware that all PC/Mobile/Ipad screens are set up differently and this will result in some colour deviations from your devices to ours, some orders are printed in RGB and some are printed in a CMYK mode. All screens vary in colour so the colour on final prints can vary - in this case we would advise you to purchase a sample. All invitations are hand crafted so there may be slight variations. This will not however affect the design or quality of the stationery.

If we receive low resolution photo(s) to upload onto your order we will not accept responsibility if the photo doesn't print in high qualitiy.

Sample orders will not be pesonalised, you will not receive a proof preview via email before printing and you will not receive envelopes with the samples.

All of our designs are protected by Copyright meaning all of our printed invitation & card orders will have our logo printed on the back in small. This does not affect the quality of our stationery and is there due to copyright law, it cannot be removed or tampered with under any circumstances.

All products are subject to availability.

When placing an order you are confirming you have read and will abide by my terms and conditions.

3. Photos

Please supply your photographs in a JPEG format. To ensure a maximum quality print out, please make sure your photo is as large as possible and is as a high resolution JPEG file. Ideally the photo needs to be approx 1mb in size if not more.

If we receive low resolution photo(s) to upload onto your order we will not accept responsiblity if the photo doesn't print in high qualitiy.

When you provide me with any kind of photograph you are confirming you are the rightful owner and own/have been given the copyright of the image. You must have the rights to use any photographs.

5. Postage

Orders are dispatched after the proof has been agreed; this is usually within 2-5 working days. Small orders for 100 invitations or less are sent via Royal Mails 1st Postal service. Larger orders will be sent via a courier service. Any questions please contact us directly.

You the customer are responsible for providing accurate postal information and we cannot accept responsibility for the lost of orders if you fail to provide the correct address when making payment.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full and approval is received for the email proof.

Postage on all orders is free on our items (excluding Sweet Jars) within the UK unless you have specifically asked for Next Day Delivery/Recorded, these services will occur extra fees. Excludes sample requests and Sweet Jars.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Republic of Ireland or Overseas.

Goods not received: Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel missing until a period of at least two weeks has elapsed. We cannot accept liability for loss in the Royal Mail postal service.

Once your order has been dispatched Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to items and you should notify us immediately should there are any problems upon arrival and we will endeavor to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancelling before your proof preview
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. If no work has been started on your order then we will happily give you a full refund.

6.2 Cancelling after your proof preview

If you wish to cancel your order after we have designed and completed the setting of your order (i.e re-wording of the design, adding images and changes to colours or layout). Then we cannot offer a full refund. We will offer a refund minus 45% of the total for the work already completed on your order.

6.3 Cancelling after printing
We are unable to offer a refund after your order has been approved and printed. All orders are printed to meet your requirements. Thus, cancellations will not be considered after you have given the OK to print your order.

7. Refund Policy

Once email proofs has been approved we will not accept responsibility of any typo or grammar errors on the final print. Please ensure you check all spelling before giving the go ahead for printing to commence.

Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will gladly replace your order at no charge. Just send back your original order and a replacement order will be shipped to you by the same method as your original order. You will be liable for the costs of returning any goods to us.

All orders are personalised to each customers requirements therefore we are not obliged by law to offer any refunds on personalised items unless the fault lies with us.

Any problems upon receiving a order must be reported to us within 2 weeks of receipt.

8. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we, Yellow Blossom Designs Ltd, collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

Information We Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised when placing an order to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example).

Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

• as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services.

Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.

You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
