Do you offer free samples?
Yes
but on certain invitations only. (excludes Cheque Book, Pocketfolded
Invites, Diamond Tag, Square & DL Wallet invitations, New
Beginnings Design & Velum Invites).

Can I change the colour of a ribbon?
Yes, I have many different colours available.
I don't want ribbon or diamante stones on my stationery, can you
accomodate this?
Yes. Please
contact me for a quote as stationery will be cheaper without ribbons etc.
Can I choose my own wording for all stationery?
Yes. You must provide me with the wording you would like for all
your stationery items.
We would like a bespoke design for my wedding can you
design me an invitation and what would be the cost?
Yes of course, please contact me for details.
When should we order our invitations?
In
order to give guests plenty of notice and ensure they are available it
is not unusual to send out your invitations 3 - 4 months before your
wedding date. So I would place an order around 5 - 6 months before your
wedding date to allow plenty of time as most orders take up to 4 weeks dependant in the size and requirements.
How many invites do I need?
I
recommend
one per household. Ensure you order a extra 5 to take into account and
last
minute changes to the guest list as we are unable to produce extra
invitations at late notice and there is a minimum order charge of 5. Last minute/late notice extra invitations
will be subject to a minimum order requirement.
We've run out of invitations, can we order 2 more?
There is
a minimum order/payment of at least 5 for all our stationery. I
recommend ordering spares to avoid having to purchase 5 at a later date
when you only need 2.
Will I see proofs of my personalised stationery before it is printed?
Yes.
I provide you with email proofs which you need to confirm before
printing commences.
